Mark A. Otto was born in Iowa. He received his
undergraduate degree from the University of Southern
California in 1979 and his law degree from Drake University in
1981.
Mark is engaged in the general practice of law including
but not limited to estate planning, wills and probate, trusts
and estates, real estate, taxation, corporate and business
law.
Mark is a
member of the Iowa State Bar Association (Board of Governors
1998-2004, Ways and Means Committee, Real Estate and Title
Law Section Council, and Member of the Probate and Trust
Law, Real Estate and Title Law and Taxation Sections). The
Iowa State Bar Foundation and the Jasper County Bar
Association.
Mark is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association (Board

of Iowa in 1982, the United States District Court Southern
