Bradley McCall was born in Newton, Iowa and is the son of one of the founding members of the firm. Brad attended the University of Iowa, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in 1976. He then attended law school at Drake University, receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, with Honors, in 1978. While attending Drake University Law School Brad was honored as the recipient of the Outstanding Advocate Award by the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law. Brad was inducted in to the Order of the Coif based on his high academic achievement in law school.
Brad limits his practice exclusively to litigation and trial law. Brad actively litigates cases in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense and family law.
Personal injury cases Brad handles include medical negligence cases, automobile accidents, product liability cases, slip and fall injuries, and other injury causing events. In the area of medical negligence, Brad attends specialized medical malpractice seminars and communicates with a nationwide network of medical specialists in a variety of specialized medical fields. In recognition of his proficiency in the area of civil litigation, Brad has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Brad regularly represents criminal defendants in all types of criminal prosecutions, from simple misdemeanors to class A felonies. Brad has been certified as a Criminal Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Brad also routinely represents litigants in dissolution of marriage proceedings, in cases involving disputes as to child custody, property settlement and spousal support. |
