The Newton, Iowa Attorney office, formerly known as the Brierly Law Office, L.L.P., was established in 1927 and has been at its present location since 1964. The Sully office was opened by the Newton firm in February of 1993. The Grinnell, Iowa Attorney office, formerly known as Charnetski, Olson, Lacina and Garland L.L.P., was established and has been at its present location since 1987. The two firms merged and formed Brierly Charnetski L.L.P. on January 1, 2001.
